Do I need to pick up before you arrive?

We're happy to clean around everyday life, but picking up clothing, toys, papers, and personal belongings allows our team to spend more time cleaning. Significant clutter that prevents access to surfaces may reduce what we're able to clean during the scheduled visit.

What does accessible mean?

Accessible means reachable safely using company-approved equipment without moving heavy furniture or requiring specialty ladders.

Do you change bed linens?

Standard cleaning includes making existing beds. Clean linen changes are available as an optional add-on; please place clean linens on the bed.

Will you wash dishes?

Standard, Initial, and Deep Cleaning include an empty kitchen sink. A small number of dishes may be placed in the dishwasher when company policy enables it; large quantities of dishes are not included.
